Current rental rate as is space $12.00 per square foot. Custom buildout may increase rates.
We are currently signing a minimum lease of three years.
Rent includes HVAC maintenance, all other maintenance, sewer and water.
Tenants are responsible for electric, gas heat and suite cleaning.
The utilities run approximately $100 per month for 1,225 square feet (on the high end).
Separate meters are installed per suite.
The City of Lawrenceville charges $10 per month assessment toward garbage and the remaining garbage charges are covered in the lease.
These quotes are subject to change until negotiations between your company and Langley Commons are finalized by a formal Proposal. Therefore, keep in mind the flexibility of terms and conditions.
